Was my payment/order successful?
You'll know this immediately in the confirmation email. Once you receive it, your payment is successful and your order is 100% complete. PLEASE NOTE: We've noticed that many confirmation emails end up in your spam folder.
What is the delivery time?
Ordered before 3 p.m. on workdays, delivered the next day
No orders are shipped during the weekend.
Please note: During this busiest time of year, we rely on our carrier for actual delivery. Even though orders are shipped directly from us, they may still be delayed by a few days. We cannot guarantee this.
Can I have my order delivered somewhere else as a gift?
Absolutely! It's a great idea, because our Christmas ornaments are delivered in Christmas gift wrapping (with a sturdy shipping box) as standard, at no extra cost! This is the perfect way to surprise a friend. You can enter the delivery address yourself on the form.
Are the Christmas ornaments available until Christmas?
We do our best to keep our inventory well-stocked, but we don't have unlimited quantities. So order quickly, because once it's gone, it's gone!
How are orders shipped?
All Christmas ornaments are shipped individually gift-wrapped. This packaging makes them perfect for giving as a gift! The gift wrapping is wrapped in a sturdy shipping box to provide extra protection during the journey to your delivery address.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
If you would like to order from a different country than the Netherlands and Belgium, please let us know by sending an email to info@sattieindeboom.nl. We have multiple options available. :)
What are the shipping costs?
Netherlands: For orders up to €30, we charge €2.45 in shipping costs. Orders over €30 are free of charge.
Belgium: For orders up to €50, we charge €4.35 in shipping costs. For orders over €50, there are no shipping costs.

Absolutely! After the pre-sale, we'll post a list of stores where you can find us here.
I would like to sell the Christmas ornaments in my own store, is that possible?
Yes, that's possible! Just send an email to info@yupindeboom.nl and we'll send you our B2B document with all the information.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, you can no longer cancel or change it. However, you can easily return your order after receiving it.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Of course, it must be undamaged, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Once we receive your return in good condition, we'll refund your purchase price.
How can I return my order?
The shipping email you receive from us contains a link to create a return label. You can then return your product(s) in the box you received your order in. Please note: you are responsible for paying for returns.
My order arrived damaged, what now?
That's unfortunate! Please send an email to info@yupindeboom.nl, and we'll make sure you receive the damaged products as quickly as possible.
